How to update your firmware?

Just put it on an SD card:

1. Download the firmware (a file like fw_rec_v1.3.par).
2. Copy it to the root directory of an SD card ; and insert the SD card in the PicoRecorder.
3. Go to the Settings menu and select Firmware Update, this will start the update process.

+ Add timecode jam (from external LTC timecodes)
+ Add timecodee synchronization (from and to Time Of Day)
+ Add a visual channel assignment dialog
+ Add MUTE and SOLO modes for each mic / input
+ Add a Max-level test tone output, to calibrate cameras input gain
+ Each audio file is now in a per-day folder (ie. 2026-04-28) and each file now contains the date / time in the name
