How to update your firmware?

Just put it on an SD card:

  1. Download the firmware (a file like fw_rec_v1.3.par).
  2. Copy it to the root directory of an SD card ; and insert the SD card in the PicoRecorder.
  3. Go to the Settings menu and select Firmware Update, this will start the update process.

Once the update is complete, open the Settings menu again to verify the new firmware version.
You may need to re-pair your PicoMics, since the update may also require updating the PicoMics’ firmware (which is done automatically when they’re connected to the receiver via USB-C).
